Amy Salvatore

Amy Salvatore is a breeder of Nigerian dwarf goats in upstate New York near Albany. For more than five years she has maintained American Dairy Goat Association memberships and adheres to rigorous health testing for genetic diversity and hoof care.

Kids are raised in a roomy barn with daily handling and pasture rotation encourages natural grazing habits. Several of her does have earned recognition in regional dairy shows for milk quality and gentle temperament. Her feeding program balances local forage with fortified grains to support growth and lactation. Many owners comment on the goats’ friendly nature and how quickly they settle into family life.

Each kid participates in small group socialization sessions to promote confidence and curiosity before joining new homes. Ongoing mentorship is available for new owners through virtual check-ins, farm visits, and a growing online community and regional coffee nights.
