Alpaca Harmony, LLC

Alpaca Harmony, LLC raises alpacas in Craigmont, Idaho, on the outskirts of the Camas Prairie in north central Idaho, roughly an hour southeast of Lewiston. Owner Brandy Vernay Henson has been part of the alpaca industry since 1999 and launched her own breeding program in 2005, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience to the herd.

The program has a strong show record, with animals earning multiple championships, and the herd is also selected for fleece quality. Alpacas for sale in Idaho from this program are known for their soft handle, uniform crimp, density, and brightness across a range of natural colors — traits that make the fiber well suited for spinning and finished fiber products.

The herd is co-located with Sweet Pines Alpacas in Craigmont, giving animals a social, multi-herd environment. Brandy welcomes those new to alpaca ownership and draws on her long background in the industry to help prospective buyers understand what the animals involve.
