Alive N' Fuzzy Alpaca Farm raises huacaya alpacas in Bowling Green, Kentucky, situated in the south-central part of the state about an hour north of Nashville, Tennessee. The farm is owned and operated by Elaine Painter, DVM, and Rev. Sam Romines, a pairing that brings both veterinary expertise and a hands-on farming ethos to their herd.

The program has participated in county and state fairs, the North American International Livestock Exposition, and AOA fiber events, and has produced youth competitors who reached the national level — including an AOA national halter champion in the intermediate youth performance division in 2022.
