The Trinidad dwarf tiger tarantula is a small terrestrial spider with orange-brown coloration, dark abdominal markings and a distinctive pale patch on the abdomen. It lays eggs in a silk sac. Provide appropriately scaled housing with burrowing substrate, a sheltered retreat, ventilation and moisture access without waterlogging. Small feeder colonies and suitably sized prey help support its tiny spiderlings; remove uneaten prey around molts.
