Standing's Day Gecko

Standing's day gecko is a large, egg-laying day gecko from dry forest in southwestern Madagascar. Adults have grayish to blue-green coloration and fine darker markings rather than the brilliant red spots of giant day geckos. Provide generous vertical space, sturdy branches, bright light, appropriate UVB and a controlled basking gradient. Misting should provide drinking water while allowing surfaces to dry. Feed complete fruit-based gecko food and supplemented insects.
