Correlophus sarasinorum
Roux's giant gecko is an egg-laying New Caledonian gecko with a long, slender body and tail. Some captive lines show a pale collar, but that color pattern is not a separate species. Provide a tall, planted enclosure with broad climbing surfaces, humid retreats and ventilation that allows drying between mistings. Its diet combines a nutritionally complete fruit-based gecko food with appropriately sized, supplemented insects.
