Cuban False Chameleon
Anolis barbatus
The Cuban false chameleon (Anolis barbatus) is a robust, slow-moving arboreal anole native to Cuba. Its gray-brown coloration and broad, blunt head help distinguish its unusual appearance. It feeds on invertebrates, including snails. Captive housing should provide ample climbing structure, good ventilation, and suitable opportunities for feeding and retreat.
