Bavay's Chameleon Gecko
Eurydactylodes vieillardi
Bavay's chameleon gecko is an egg-laying, arboreal gecko of New Caledonia. The yellow marking at the corner of its mouth stops before the ear, unlike the continuous marking in Eurydactylodes agricolae. It uses slender branches and leafy cover. Captive care needs moderate temperatures, regular misting with drying periods, ventilation, complete fruit-based gecko food and small supplemented insects. Keep identification and breeding provenance with each animal.
