Windy Meadows Family Farm

Windy Meadows Family Farm offers poultry processing services in Campbell, Texas, serving the Northeast Texas region near Greenville. The farm handles slaughter and processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks, working directly with small producers and backyard flock owners who need reliable, on-site poultry processing.

Their approach reflects a hands-on, family-run operation rather than a large industrial facility, which appeals to farmers who want a more personal relationship with the people handling their birds. Processing is done in batches suited to smaller flocks, making it a practical option for homesteaders, hobby farmers, and local producers raising birds for personal use or direct-to-consumer sales.

For those in the surrounding Hunt County area looking for poultry processing without traveling to a distant commercial plant, Windy Meadows provides a nearby alternative rooted in traditional farm practices. Customers typically bring birds raised on pasture or in backyard settings, and the farm's services are geared toward smaller-scale operations rather than commercial volume production.
