Whitewater Processing LLC

Whitewater Processing LLC provides poultry processing services in Harrison, Ohio, serving farms throughout the greater Cincinnati region. The facility handles slaughter and processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks, giving small-scale farmers and backyard flock owners a local option for bringing birds from farm to table.

Working with multiple poultry species means the team is familiar with the different handling and processing needs each bird presents, whether it's a batch of broilers or a seasonal turkey run. This kind of flexibility matters for farmers managing mixed flocks or timing processing around holiday demand.

Located within reach of Cincinnati, Whitewater Processing offers a practical solution for producers who want to avoid long drives to larger commercial facilities. For homesteaders, small farms, and anyone raising poultry for personal or direct-to-consumer sales, having a nearby processor simplifies planning around hatching schedules, feed costs, and butchering timelines throughout the year.
