Sunset Farms LLC

Sunset Farms LLC offers slaughter and processing services in Gilmer, Texas, serving farms and small producers throughout the East Texas region near Longview.

The facility handles a wide range of livestock and poultry, including cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, along with poultry processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks. This breadth makes Sunset Farms a practical option for mixed-species operations looking to consolidate their processing needs with one provider rather than working with multiple specialists.

Local farmers and homesteaders raising anything from backyard flocks to larger cattle herds may find value in a processor equipped to handle diverse animals in one location. For those in Gilmer and surrounding Gregg and Upshur County communities, having slaughter and processing services available regionally can simplify logistics around harvest time. As with any processing facility, producers are encouraged to reach out directly to confirm current capacity, scheduling, and specific handling requirements for their particular species and volume needs.
