Starnes Wholesale LLC

Starnes Wholesale LLC provides livestock and poultry processing services in Paducah, Kentucky, serving farms throughout western Kentucky and the wider Nashville, Tennessee region. The facility handles slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, along with poultry processing for chicken, turkey, and duck.

Farmers and small producers rely on operations like this for custom cuts, whole-animal processing, and preparing meat for retail or personal use. Handling both red meat and poultry species under one roof makes it a practical stop for diversified farms raising multiple types of livestock, from backyard flocks to larger herds needing seasonal processing support.

For producers in the region, having a processor that covers this range of species can simplify logistics around harvest time, especially for those who raise both four-legged livestock and birds. Starnes Wholesale fits into that niche, offering processing capacity for the mixed-species operations common across western Kentucky farms.
