Rockdale Locker, LLC

Rockdale Locker, LLC provides slaughter and processing services in Maquoketa, Iowa, serving farmers and ranchers throughout the eastern Iowa region near Dubuque. The facility handles cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, offering both harvesting and custom processing for producers who raise livestock for personal use or direct sale.

Local farms rely on facilities like this to bridge the gap between raising animals and getting meat to the table, whether that means a single family's beef order or a small herd brought in after the growing season. Custom processing shops in this part of the state often work closely with 4-H families, hobby farmers, and larger operations alike, cutting and wrapping product to each customer's specifications.

For anyone raising cattle, sheep, goats, or pigs in the Maquoketa area, having a nearby processor cuts down on transport stress for the animals and travel time for the farmer. Rockdale Locker fits into that everyday rhythm of rural Iowa agriculture, supporting the practical needs of livestock owners from pasture to freezer.
