Pure Pasture Packing, LLC

Pure Pasture Packing, LLC provides livestock and poultry processing services in Sedalia, Missouri, serving west-central Missouri farms within reach of Kansas City. The facility handles slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, giving small and mid-sized producers a single stop for multiple species.

Their work covers both custom processing for individual farmers and larger runs for producers managing herds or flocks destined for local markets. Poultry processing is handled separately from red meat and livestock lines, which matters for farms raising a mix of birds and animals under one operation.

For cattle ranchers, sheep and goat producers, hog farmers, and poultry keepers in the region, having access to a processor that manages this range of species locally can simplify logistics around harvest season. Pure Pasture Packing fits into that part of the food chain where raised animals become market-ready products, supporting the broader agricultural community around Sedalia and the surrounding Missouri countryside.
