Niihau Ahiu Provisions LLC

Niihau Ahiu Provisions LLC provides slaughter and processing services in Kaumakani, on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, not far from Lihue. The operation works with cattle, sheep, goat, and pig, handling animals for farmers and small-scale producers across the region.

Their processing services cover the full path from live animal to finished product, giving local ranchers and homesteaders a nearby option instead of shipping livestock off-island. This kind of facility matters on Kauai, where transport logistics can make or break a small farm's ability to bring meat to market.

For herd owners raising cattle or goats, or farms rounding out their operation with sheep and pigs, having a processor rooted in the community simplifies planning around harvest schedules. Niihau Ahiu Provisions serves as part of the working agricultural backbone supporting Kauai's ranching and livestock community.
