National Beef Packing Co., L.L.C.

National Beef Packing Co., L.L.C. offers cattle, sheep, goat, and pig slaughter and processing services in Liberal, Kansas, serving the broader southwest Kansas region near Dodge City.

The facility handles both slaughter and processing under one roof, supporting producers who need reliable throughput for cattle herds alongside smaller lots of sheep, goats, and pigs. This range of species makes it a practical option for mixed operations rather than single-species ranches alone, and the scale of the plant reflects the area's long history as a hub for beef production.

For farmers, feedlot operators, and regional producers, having slaughter and processing available in the same location can simplify logistics and reduce transport time for livestock headed to market. Producers considering this facility should reach out directly to confirm current capacity, scheduling, and any species-specific requirements before making arrangements.
