Main Processing LLC

Main Processing LLC provides livestock and poultry processing services in Detroit, Texas, serving farms throughout the broader Northeast Texas region near Paris.

The facility handles slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, along with poultry processing for chicken, turkey, and duck. This range allows small farmers, homesteaders, and larger operations alike to bring multiple species to a single location rather than coordinating separate processors for red meat and poultry needs.

For producers raising mixed livestock or diversified flocks and herds, having both large animal and poultry processing under one roof can simplify logistics around harvest time. Whether preparing freezer beef, lamb, goat, or pork for local sale, or processing birds after a seasonal poultry run, Main Processing LLC supports the practical needs of area farms working through their annual production cycle.
