Kroll Farms Inc.

Kroll Farms Inc. offers cattle, sheep, goat, and pig slaughter and processing services in New Windsor, New York, serving the wider Hudson Valley region near Newburgh.

The operation handles both slaughter and processing, making it a practical option for farmers and small producers who need animals taken from live weight to finished cuts without hauling stock to multiple facilities. Working across four species also means Kroll Farms can support mixed operations, whether that's a cattle herd, a flock of sheep, or a handful of market hogs and goats.

For farms in the area raising livestock for personal use, direct sale, or local markets, having a processor that covers this range of species nearby can simplify planning around harvest schedules. Producers considering Kroll Farms Inc. should reach out directly to confirm current capacity, turnaround times, and any specific requirements for drop-off and cut selection.
