JSW Farm Chop Shop, Inc.

JSW Farm Chop Shop, Inc. offers cattle, sheep, goat, and poultry processing services in Hazel Green, Kentucky, serving farms throughout the eastern Kentucky region near Lexington. The facility handles slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, giving small and mid-sized producers a local option for turning livestock into market-ready meat.

Farmers bring animals here for both custom processing and standard slaughter services, with poultry processing available alongside larger livestock. This range makes the shop useful for diversified operations raising multiple species rather than needing separate providers for each type of animal.

For herd owners, flock keepers, and homestead producers in the surrounding hill country, having slaughter and processing under one roof simplifies planning around harvest time. The shop's mixed-species capability reflects the kind of diversified farming common in this part of Kentucky, where cattle, goats, and poultry are often raised side by side on the same land.
