Elysian Fields, LLC

Elysian Fields, LLC provides slaughter and processing services in Masontown, West Virginia, serving farms throughout the North-Central region near Morgantown. The facility works with cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, offering a straightforward path from farm to freezer for producers who raise their own livestock.

Their processing services cover the full range from harvest through cutting and packaging, giving small farms and homesteads a local option rather than hauling animals long distances. This kind of hands-on processing matters for producers managing seasonal herd or flock turnover, whether that means finishing out a few market lambs, culling older breeding stock, or bringing hogs to market weight each year.

For farmers in the surrounding hills and valleys of West Virginia, having a processor within reasonable driving distance simplifies planning around harvest schedules and reduces stress on animals during transport. Elysian Fields fits into that regional network of small-scale processors that many local livestock owners rely on to keep their operations running smoothly throughout the year.
