Elmwood Locker Service

Elmwood Locker Service provides slaughter and processing for cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs in Elmwood, Illinois, serving farms throughout the central region near Peoria.

The shop handles everything from harvest through cutting, wrapping, and freezing, working with producers who raise their own livestock as well as families splitting an animal for the freezer. Custom cut sheets let customers choose how they want their beef, pork, lamb, or goat portioned, whether that means standard packages or specific requests for roasts, steaks, and ground meat.

For area farmers and small-scale producers, having a local locker means less time hauling animals long distances and more control over how the finished product comes back. Elmwood Locker Service fits into the rhythm of central Illinois farm life, supporting everyone from hobby flocks to established cattle and hog operations looking for dependable, nearby processing.
