Dewig Bros. Packing Co.

Dewig Bros. Packing Co. offers slaughter and processing services in Haubstadt, Indiana, serving the broader Evansville region of southern Indiana. The facility handles a wide range of livestock and poultry, including cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, along with poultry processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks.

This breadth of species makes Dewig Bros. a practical option for small farms, homesteaders, and larger operations alike who need custom processing under one roof rather than juggling multiple facilities. Whether it's a single hog from a backyard operation or a flock of turkeys ahead of the holiday season, the plant is set up to accommodate varied order sizes and species combinations.

For farmers raising mixed livestock, having a single processor capable of handling both red meat animals and poultry simplifies logistics considerably. Producers in the surrounding farm communities often rely on facilities like this one to bridge the gap between raising animals and getting finished products ready for sale or personal use.
