Collagen Solutions (US) LLC DBA Evergen

Collagen Solutions (US) LLC, operating as Evergen, provides slaughter and processing services in Glencoe, Minnesota, part of the south-central region near Minneapolis. The facility handles cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, supporting the broader supply chain that connects farms and producers with downstream processing needs.

Evergen's work sits at an important point for livestock operations in the area, offering processing capacity that farms, ranches, and producers rely on when moving animals from pasture to product. Handling multiple species under one roof allows the facility to serve a range of agricultural operations, from smaller family farms raising a mix of animals to larger cattle or hog operations needing consistent processing access.

For producers in McLeod County and the surrounding farmland stretching toward the Twin Cities metro, having a processing option nearby can simplify logistics tied to herd or flock management. Evergen's presence in Glencoe reflects the ongoing agricultural activity throughout this part of Minnesota, where livestock production remains a steady part of the regional economy.
