Century Harvest Farms LLC

Century Harvest Farms LLC provides slaughter and processing services in Greenback, Tennessee, serving farms throughout East Tennessee near Knoxville. The facility works with cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, offering a straightforward path from farm to finished product for producers who raise livestock on a smaller or mid-sized scale.

Processing covers both slaughter and the cutting and packaging steps that follow, making it a practical option for farmers who need animals harvested close to home rather than trucked long distances. This kind of local processing matters for those raising multiple species under one roof, since it means fewer logistics headaches when it comes time to bring meat to market or stock a farm freezer.

For cattle, sheep, goat, and pig operations around Greenback and the broader East Tennessee area, having a processor that handles multiple species can simplify planning across a season, whether the goal is direct-to-consumer sales, restaurant supply, or feeding a family from the farm's own herd.
