Burgundy Pasture Poultry LLC

Burgundy Pasture Poultry LLC offers poultry processing services in Hillsboro, Texas, serving small farms and homesteads throughout the North Texas region near Waco. Their operation handles slaughter and processing for chickens, turkeys, and ducks, giving local producers a dependable option for bringing pasture-raised birds to market.

The facility supports a range of scales, from backyard flocks to larger farm operations looking to process poultry closer to home rather than traveling long distances to regional plants. This kind of service fills a real gap for growers who raise chickens, turkeys, or ducks but lack on-site processing capability of their own.

For farmers focused on pasture-based poultry systems, having a processor familiar with small-flock handling can simplify logistics around harvest timing and bird welfare. Burgundy Pasture Poultry's location in Hillsboro places it within reach of producers across the broader Central Texas farming community, making it a practical stop for those raising chickens, turkeys, or ducks who need processing support as part of their production cycle.
