Bradley's Country Store

Bradley's Country Store offers slaughter and processing services in Tallahassee, Florida, serving farms and homesteads throughout the Big Bend region near Panama City.

The shop handles cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, giving local producers a single stop for both slaughter and full processing. This kind of setup is useful for small farmers and homesteaders who raise multiple species and want their animals handled and cut close to home rather than shipped long distances. Whether it's a single hog from a backyard operation or a small herd of cattle come fall, having processing done regionally can simplify logistics for producers managing their own harvest timelines.

For farms raising a mix of livestock, working with a processor familiar with different species can make seasonal planning easier, from lamb in spring to beef and pork later in the year. Bradley's fits into that kind of working rhythm for producers in and around Tallahassee looking for practical, local processing options.
