Albion Locker

Albion Locker provides cattle, sheep, goat, and pig processing services in Albion, Nebraska, serving farms and ranches across the north-central Nebraska region near Norfolk. The shop handles both slaughter and processing, working with producers who need animals broken down into freezer-ready cuts for home use or direct sale.

Many customers are small farm operations or hobby ranchers who raise their own livestock and want a local option for custom processing rather than hauling animals long distances. The team manages the full process from intake through cutting and packaging, which suits seasonal butchering schedules common to cattle and hog producers as well as smaller sheep and goat operations.

For families raising a few head for their own freezer or farms moving multiple animals through at once, Albion Locker offers a straightforward processing option within reach of surrounding Boone County communities.
