Iron Forged Ranch - IFR raises Savanna goats in Indiana and the Midwest near Indianapolis. Christina Ordner has more than a decade of experience raising Savanna goats and holds membership in the American Boer Goat Association, ensuring adherence to breed standards and husbandry practices.

All breeding stock receives routine health testing including fecal egg counts, CAE screening and nutritional evaluations. Kids grow up in a pasture-based setting with access to shade trees and mineral feeders, grazing alongside dairy goats with daily handling to foster gentle temperaments. They spend time in sheltered loafing sheds layered with clean straw and equipped with fresh water feeders that keep them dry and healthy during winter months.

Visitors often comment on a calm atmosphere and friendly animals that reflect careful socialization over their first eight weeks. Herds are selected for sound structure and parents are chosen for even temperaments and adaptability to small-farm life.
