Goldenfarm raises Maine coon cats in Boscawen, New Hampshire, with owner Amy Rowe running the program out of her home in the Concord area of central New Hampshire. The cattery holds dual registration with TICA and CFA and draws its breeding stock from Russian and European champion bloodlines.

Health testing is a central part of the program. Parent cats are screened for breed-specific genetic conditions including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, polycystic kidney disease, spinal muscular atrophy, and PK deficiency, and are tested for FeLV and FIV. Kittens are raised inside the home and handled by children from an early age to support socialization before they go to their new families.
