Caraway Highland Cattle Company is a small hobby farm nestled in the rolling hills of Sherman, Texas, and the Northern Dallas–Fort Worth area.

At CHC, we strive to breed and raise gentle, high-quality, AHCA-registered Scottish Highland cattle while preserving their heritage and enhancing the breed. Our focus is to produce cattle that excel in both health and temperament. By breeding for smaller frames naturally, we produce compact, conformationally correct "pasture pets" that are as sweet-natured as they are beautiful. Our cattle are handled daily and raised in open fields, ensuring every calf is well-socialized and thrives through low-stress, pasture-based management.

We participate in national breed American Highland Cattle Association program and adhere to lineage, rigorous health screening and cattle care standards. We maintain an annual vaccination program for general and reproductive health, as we believe in hands-on care and transparent husbandry. Our herd is raised on rolling pastures with a focus on natural grazing, seasonal calving, and diligent health standards. Whether you are looking for quality breeding stock or a docile pasture pet, CHC ensures each animal is socialized from birth and backed by detailed lineage.
