Blueline Kennel

Blueline Kennel, bulldogs, Toledo, OH, Lucas County and northwest Ohio near Detroit. Melissa Stanford has been breeding bulldogs, French bulldogs and poodles for many years and participates in American Kennel Club registries and a local breeders club.

All breeding adults receive vet-approved health screenings for hips, elbows and heart, and litters are whelped in a calm, climate-controlled space. Puppies are raised in a home environment with early socialization, daily handling and exposure to children and other pets. Nutrition is based on premium kibble and fresh vegetables, and each puppy goes to its new home with a health record.

The kennel’s roots on a small hobby farm inform a hands-on approach that values traditional husbandry. Occasional participation in regional dog shows helps maintain breed standards and fosters community connections. Many puppies have become therapy dogs or treasured family companions across the region.
