Valli-Hi Wagyu

Valli-Hi Wagyu is raising Wagyu cattle in Eagle, Idaho, in the Treasure Valley near Boise. The farm has been part of the American Wagyu Association and maintains routine genetic and health screenings to support strong breeding lines. Herds graze on irrigated pastures with access to covered feeding stations and are handled daily to build a calm temperament.

Calves are born on site in a quiet barn and introduced to pasture life with guided rotational grazing that aims to improve soil health and animal welfare.
