Yeti Acres

Yeti Acres, Shetland sheep, Merrill, WI, in Lincoln County and north-central Wisconsin near Wausau. Timothy Kohloff and Debra Kohloff are second-generation small-scale breeders with more than a decade of experience and membership in national sheep breeding associations. Their flock is managed under an annual health-testing program that includes spring lambing planning, vaccinations, nutritional evaluations, and genetic screening for inherited conditions.

The sheep graze on rotational pastures bordered by hardwood woodlands, and young lambs receive daily handling to build trust and ease around people.
