Trafalgar Square Farm, Scottish Highland cattle, North Pomfret, VT, Windsor County and the Green Mountains near Burlington, is a family-run operation led by Theodore and Caroline Robbins. The couple has raised Scottish Highland cattle for over a decade and maintains herd registration with the American Highland Cattle Association while following recommended health testing protocols.
