We live on a small farmette in the beautiful Green Mountain State of Vermont. Our happy Labradors love all the space to romp and roam and the creek is a wonderful treat on hot days when they are in need of refreshment. We breed toward the English look and temperament. We feel nothing compares to that blocky, stocky look and laid back personality! All of our dogs have a full panel of genetic health testing done. Contact Us:
• If you are interested in adding one of our puppies to you family, please reach out. You can call, text, or email us. We will do our best to respond within 36 hours. Our phone number is 802-585-0143.
• The first step after contacting us if you are interested further, will be to fill out our brief potential puppy owner questionnaire. This will help us to know whether or not one of our puppies is a good fit for you and your family. The more info you can provide us with, the better we will be able to help you find the best puppy for you and your particular situation.
• Our desire is to match every family to the ‘perfect’ puppy for them, and we will do our best to help you find that one!
Reserving Your Puppy:
• If we have puppies available, we require a $400 deposit to hold the puppy of your choosing.
• The deposit is non-refundable and will come off the total cost of your puppy.
• The cost of the puppies will depend on numerous factors such as parentage and coloring. Reach out for more info.
• We accept Venmo, Cash, or Personal Check for deposits. NO checks will be accepted after a litter is 5 weeks old.
Joining The Waitlist:
• If we don’t have puppies currently available, or don’t have the color or gender you were hoping for, we would suggest you join the puppy wait list for the next litter.
• We require a $200 deposit to join the wait list. This deposit is non-refundable UNLESS we would not be able to provide you with a puppy of your color and gender choice within a year of you placing the deposit.
• If we are not able to offer you a puppy of your preference of color and gender within a year of you placing the deposit, you will then be given the option of having your deposit refunded or of staying on the waiting list for future litters.
• Picking choice will be given in the order deposits are received.
• The deposit amount will come off the total price of the puppy.
When A Litter Arrives:
• We will notify you of the puppies arrival after we are sure that the are doing well and are stable. You will be notified if we have the color and gender that you were looking for.
• Once you are notified you will then be given the option of moving your deposit from the waiting list to the new litter. If you decide to do so, an additional $200 deposit will be required to make you decision official.
• If when you are notified, it is not a good time, or not the parents you were hoping for, that is fine. Saying “no” to the litter will not take you off the waiting list or bump you to the bottom. You will continue to hold your place in line.
• Once you have decided that this is the litter for you, you will be sent regular updates to keep you informed of the puppies progress.
• The puppies will be chosen in the order the deposits were put down.
• Families will be given the chance to come to our farm and visit the puppies once they are 5 weeks of age. This give the puppies plenty of time to get well on their feet. Also by waiting till 5 weeks, it gives a chance for their personalities to start showing.
• As much as we enjoy having everyone come out to meet and choose their puppy, we realize this is not a possibility for everyone due to distance or other factors. In these situations, the family will receive several pictures of each puppy that is still available along with a description of each one to pick off of. We also are available and love to answer any questions about the puppies.
Go Home Day:
• The puppies are ready to go to their new homes between 7½ and 8 weeks provided they receive a clear health check from our vet.
• We accept Venmo or Cash for the remaining balance at pick up. NO other forms of payment will be accepted.
• Make sure you have reviewed our Puppy Contract, and are agreed to it. We will have copies for you to sign.
• Each puppy will come with a Bon Voyage Kit. See details below.
Puppy Bon Voyage Kit:
• All applicable registration paperwork
• Record of dewormings, vaccinations, health checks, etc.
• 1-year Health Guarantee
• 30 day FREE pet insurance
• Lifetime Breeder Support-We are available for questions, concerns, and of course updates anytime!
• Puppy Toy with mama and sibling’s scent
• We also offer Snuggle Puppies for an additional charge of $40 per Snuggle Puppy. Previous clients have told us that it really helped their puppy transition, and that they would definitely recommend it.
• TLC info along with sample treats and food to transition if you choose to switch food
• NuVet Wafers to hold you over till your supply comes
Delivery Options:
• Our favorite option is when you can come and pick your puppy up at our home, but…
• We will drive up to 2 hours one way to meet you with a puppy. We charge $50/hour of road time both ways for this.
• Another option is to fly into the Burlington International Airport, and have us meet you there with a puppy. The standard fee to have us bring a puppy to the Burlington Airport is $100.
• We also have shipped by ground with Citizen Shipper in the past, and would be willing to work with shipping with them as well.
• Currently we are not flying puppies to their new families, although we are checking some options for this, so stay tuned for more info.
